Dear Yankee Harvest,
When my wife, Pam, told me that she had purchased some Halloween gelatin molds from Yankee Harvest, I expected bats, brains, body parts, etc., you know, yucky stuff. I never thought I'd be staring back at my own face as dessert! Your "face" mold looks just like me! Talk about creepy. We tried it according to the easy directions that came with the mold. We couldn't eat it. He now resides in the refrigerator at work, scaring my co- workers every time they reach for a soda! Very neat, but please stop stalking me ... Ha, Ha. Happy Halloween!

Hi, This was my first attempt at pumpkin sculpting. I used my own face as a pattern.
I think it came out great. Everyone loved it.

Qwiggle Brain

Dear Yankee Harvest,
I made the brain and the hand for my office's Halloween party. Everyone was impressed with how realistic they looked. The brain was enjoyed by all but no one could gather the nerve to eat the hand. Apparently it was too real looking.
Not wanting to be wasteful, I took the hand home. While my husband completed our lawn's graveyard scene, I set up a table and chair by one of the graves. On the table I placed Halloween candy, a skull goblet and a red plate with the hand on it. I added spiders crawling over the plate and completed the look with a fork and knife. Before giving out the candy, I asked each trick-or-treater if they wanted to join me for dinner. Most of them touched the stump of the hand and then screamed. It wasn't long before a few older kids took me up on my offer. I cut a finger tip and gave it to one boy while his friends watched with horror as he ate it. When he announced that it tasted great, like peaches, all the kids wanted some. Word got around and before the evening was over, the hand was polished off.
These molds are a must for Halloween!
